Cheap radiators are worth it?

I have some projects coming up that need some cooling. Radiators are quite pricy in New Zealand and I only needed a small one instead of a large one from a car. This is because the pump I’m buying has a pretty low flow count and won’t be strong enough to push water through a large radiator.
