How do you clean a CPU?

We need isopropyl alcohol and coffee filters to clean a CPU, but where can we actually buy these products? In New Zealand, it’s a bit annoying to find these two but I personally have found them and will show you where to get them. Also, how do we use these two to clean a CPU and how are we able to clean fan blades on a CPU heatsink let me show you how to do it! 😀
