Are these keycaps good?
Keytok are a keycap company and they were kind enough to send two sets of their keycaps out for review. I’m super excited to review these keycaps and I think they might surprise you. Hope you enjoy the video!
I have two sets from Keytok, one with a white and purple colorway called the KeyTok KOL Ctrl and another with a darker techno theme which are newer called the KOL The Wandering Earth II. I will be going through the look, feel, and quality, a sound test with a comparison to stock keycaps on my Feker X Galaxy 80, and my final thoughts.

KOL Ctrl – Purple
Just a note for the article as well mentioned in the video, the Ctrl set needs a bit of work with the QC as the placement of the legends is not exactly the same with some legends being placed in different spots. The Wandering Earth set seems to have fixed this problem, but the Ctrl needs some work. Also the stems of both sets are a bit to tight for my liking and is something to improve on. 🙂
The design of the keycaps are really cool, slightly rounded on both sets, and the shine-through for the Ctrl looks really good. The PBT with Polycarbonate below doesn’t affect the typing experience too much and I’m really enjoying both sets. The Wandering Earth is especially my style, and there isn’t any problem with the placement of legends.
